Delivery

Before dispatch our covers are personally inspected and wrapped in a soft foam lining and placed in their own custom built box for added protection. This is then sent to you through courier and 9 times out of ten arrives within 2-3 working days of order (unless custom cover is required).

Delivery Charges

Our delivery charges are as follows:

Courier service (3-5 days)	£15.99 includes insurance and delivery confirmation. (UK mainland only; please see below.)
Additional covers	£9.00

IMPORTANT: Although we make all reasonable efforts to meet the delivery times specified in this section, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of any unexpected delay.

Payment Method

If you are interested in purchasing anything on this site, you may do so using the relevant PayPal button on our products page. Please note, you do NOT require a PayPal account in order to make payment in this method, you can sinply enter your credit or debit card details on the PayPal page once you have chosen your product.

Alternatively, please contact us with your requirement and we will issue you an invoice. We accept PayPal and most visa/credit cards for on-line orders. If you prefer to pay by cheque please contact us first.

Once payment has been cleared your order will be processed immediately.

Shipping Policy

Delivery can be made to alternative addresses (e.g. your work address), although we will still require the address at which your payment card is registered. All deliveries must be signed for.

How We Deliver

Generally orders are delivered by courier usually UPS.

Delivery Times (mainland UK addresses)

Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive. If you order after 3.00pm, please calculate your delivery time as if your order had been placed the following working day. In the case of bank holidays and just before Christmas, please allow an extra two working days.

Deliveries for standard products should usually arrive within 2 to 5 working days of placing your order, however, custom covers are special orders and can take up to 3/4 extra working days to arrive. For these products you will be told about delivery dates as part of the order process.

Deliveries by UPS are usually made between 9am to 7pm, all deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when the courier arrives, the courier will leave a card with a contact number for you to call.

Policies

Please note that every attention is paid to keeping dimensions within 1mm tolerance but variations do occur. All dimensions as stated are internal of rubber.
